All adult concessions must meet the following standards:
A. Lighting: The premises must be equipped with overhead lighting fixtures of sufficient intensity to illuminate every place to which patrons are permitted access at an illumination of not less than one foot-candle as measured at the floor level.
B. Illumination Maintained: It shall be the duty of the owner and manager, and any employees present to ensure that the illumination described above is maintained at all times that any patron is present in or on the premises, with the exceptions of an adult minitheater and adult motion picture theater.
C. Visibility From Outside: At no time shall any live entertainment, merchandise or any film or movie being shown be visible from outside the establishment.
D. Sexual Conduct Prohibited: No sexual conduct is permitted on the premises.
E. Hours: No business, except adult motels, may remain open at any time between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. weekdays and Saturdays, and two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. Sundays. (Ord. 578, 6-16-1998)
