3-1-20: PENALTY:
Violation of, or failure to comply with, any provisions of this chapter is punishable, upon conviction thereof, by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). The fine may be modified by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 605-04, 6-8-2004)
