It is a violation of this chapter for any licensee or his or her agent, employee, officer, or servant, to allow any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to participate in any activity in the licensed premises when such activity would be gambling but for the fact it is a social game. No person under the age of twenty one (21) years shall be permitted to enter or remain in any room in which such game is being played. A culpable mental state is not required for a violation of this section to occur. (Ord. 605-04, 6-8-2004)
