A. Time Limit For Consideration: Consideration of the application for a social game license shall be made within twenty (20) days after said application is received unless the city council decides to take the application under advisement for a reasonable period of time for further investigation, including, but not limited to, the holding of hearings.
B. Approval; License Issuance: Upon approval of an application for a license, the city council shall issue a license to the applicant. A license granted under this chapter shall contain:
1. The name of the applicant-licensee;
2. The address of the establishment or business conducting social games under that license;
3. The duration of the license;
4. The number of tables licensed for social games under that license, which shall be a maximum of three (3); and
5. The names of employees authorized to operate the table(s). (Ord. 605-04, 6-8-2004)
