A. Quorum: Five (5) members of the planning commission shall constitute a quorum; provided, however, that at least four (4) members appointed by the mayor shall at all times constitute a part of such quorum.
B. Rules And Regulations: The commission may make and alter rules and regulations for its government and procedure consistent with the laws of the state of Oregon and with the charter and provisions of this code. (1962 Code § 2-2-5)
C. Meetings: The city council shall assign to the planning commission an office or headquarters in the city hall, if possible, in which to hold its meetings, transact its business and keep its records. The commission shall meet as needed. (1962 Code § 2-2-5; amd. 2014 Code)
