10-5-1-8: STRUCTURES LOCATED IN MULTIPLE OR PARTIAL FLOOD ZONES:
In coordination with the State of Oregon Specialty Codes:
   A.   When a structure is located in multiple flood zones on the community's flood insurance rate maps (FIRM) the provisions for the more restrictive flood zone shall apply.
   B.   When a structure is partially located in a special flood hazard area, the entire structure shall meet the requirements for new construction and substantial improvements. (Ord. 666-20, 10-13-2020)
