10-5-1-5: TANKS:
   A.   Underground tanks shall be anchored to prevent flotation, collapse and lateral movement under conditions of the base flood.
   B.   Above-ground tanks shall be installed at or above one foot (1') above the base flood level or shall be anchored to prevent flotation, collapse, and lateral movement under conditions of the base flood. (Ord. 666-20, 10-13-2020)
