A. Occupation Prohibited: Outside of an established recreational vehicle park, no recreational vehicle, tent, boat, bus, or travel trailer shall be used as a dwelling or place of habitation within the City of Nyssa, nor within the City of Nyssa's urban growth boundary, except that a recreational vehicle or travel trailer may be used temporarily as a place of habitation for up to fourteen (14) days within a three hundred sixty five (365) day period so long as express permission of the owner or person in control of the property upon which such recreational vehicle or travel trailer is situated has been granted, and so long as no compensation is received by the owner or person in control of such property.
B. Penalty: Violation of this section is an infraction and each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 665-19, 10-15-2019)
