8-4-23: PENALTIES:

Violation by any person of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be a violation and shall be punishable, upon conviction thereof, by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) per violation in accordance with section 4-1-9 of this code. The following are violations of this chapter that are subject to penalty; it shall be unlawful:

A. For any person to provide or offer to provide solid waste management service in the city, except as provided under this chapter.

B. For a person to commit any of the acts that are prohibited by sections 8-4-15 through 8-4-19 of this chapter. (Ord. 627-10, 9-21-2010)
