A. Franchise Fee Established; Payment:
1. In consideration of the collection franchise being continued, extended and renewed, S&S Disposal, Inc., shall pay to the city a franchise fee of five percent (5%) of the gross revenue received for services.
2. The franchise fee shall be paid quarterly to the city and shall be based on the gross revenues collected from its solid waste management customers for franchised collection services within the city.
3. For the purpose of determining the franchise fee, uncollectible debts shall be deducted in computing gross revenue.
B. Statement Of Gross Revenues Collected: The franchisee shall furnish to the city on a quarterly basis a true statement of gross revenues collected from its solid waste management customers for franchised collection in the city, as stated in this section. This shall be for the purpose of determining the franchise fee payable by franchisee to the city. (Ord. 627-10, 9-21-2010)
