There shall be three (3) classes of building sewer permits: a) for residential; b) for commercial service; and c) for service to establishments producing industrial wastes. In any case, the owner or his or her agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the city. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the supervisor. A permit and inspection fee for residential, commercial building sewer permit and for an industrial building sewer permit shall be established by resolution and paid to the city at the same time the application is filed.
