A. Fees Set By Resolution: All connection fees to the city sewer lines shall be set by resolution of the city council.
B. Connection Costs; Responsibility: All costs and expenses incident to the installation and connection of a connection to the sewer shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the city from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the connection to the sewer. The owner/contractor connecting to the city sewer shall put up a performance bond and/or security in an amount set by resolution. (Ord. 624-08, 8-12-2008)
