A. Right Of Access: The city manager or any of his or her authorized agents shall have free access at all reasonable hours to inspect any premises supplied with water. (1962 Code § 2-1-15; amd. 2014 Code)
B. Hindering Or Refusing To Allow Admittance: No person shall refuse to admit authorized agents of the water department to any premises for such purpose. In case any authorized employee shall be refused admittance, or shall in any way be hindered in making the necessary inspection or examination, the water may be turned off from such premises after giving twenty four (24) hours' notice to the owner or occupant thereof.
