7-6-4: PAYMENT OF SERVICE CHARGES, RESPONSIBLE PARTY:
   A.   Billing To Occupant: The monthly service charge herein shall be billed to the record occupant of each lot, tract or parcel of land within the city as shown by the records of the city water and sewer billings. (Ord. 541, 7-9-1991)
   B.   Past Due Accounts: Accounts more than fifteen (15) days past due shall be considered delinquent. Failure to pay such charge may result in termination of water service to the affected property. (Ord. 541, 7-9-1991; amd. 2014 Code)
