A. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or causing, permitting, or suffering the same to be done, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted.
B. The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be deemed or construed as authority for, or approval of, any violation of this chapter. (1962 Code § 8-4-16)
