7-3-6: COOPERATION WITH BUILDING INSPECTOR:
Plans submitted to the building inspector for approval which include or involve unusual driveway approaches or problems shall be referred to the city engineer for his approval before a building permit shall be issued. (1962 Code § 8-4-9)
