A. City Engineer: All work performed under a permit issued under this chapter shall be under the direction and supervision of the city engineer, who is hereby authorized to make the necessary rules, regulations and specifications with respect to materials for and method of construction of such driveway approaches.
B. Permit Revocation: A permit issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked by the city engineer at any time the work is not being performed according to the provisions hereof. (1962 Code § 8-4-6)
