6-6-6: PERMIT DENIAL OR REVOCATION; HEARING:

Any person, firm or corporation whose application for a permit has been denied or whose permit has been revoked for noncompliance with this chapter may, within ten (10) days after receipt of a notice thereof, appeal to the city council for a hearing thereon, and the decision of the council in this regard shall be final. (1962 Code § 5-1-35)
