6-2-24: PENALTY:
Except where penalty provisions have been provided otherwise in this chapter, any person violating any provision of this chapter commits a class B violation which shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed the limitations established by Oregon Revised Statutes in existence at the time of the violation.
