6-2-23: INTERFERENCE WITH ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER:
   A.   No person shall interfere with, hinder, resist or obstruct the animal control officer in the lawful performance of his/her duties.
   B.   No person shall, without proper authority, release, remove or attempt to release or remove any animal from the custody of the animal control officer or from a live trap or impounding enclosure owned or contracted by the city.
   C.   No person shall tear down, burn, deface, destroy, disturb or otherwise injure an impounding facility, enclosure or live trap owned or contracted by the city for the purpose of catching or impounding dangerous, stray or nuisance animals. (Ord. 630-10, 1-11-2011)
