6-2-18: PARKING OR TETHERING HORSES ON STREET:
No person who is the owner or keeper of a horse shall park it or tether it on a public way or allow it on a public way or in a park, except under the direct control of a qualified person. (Ord. 630-10, 1-11-2011)
