6-2-12: UNLAWFUL ACTS OF RELEASING:
It is unlawful for any person, except those responsible for the enforcement of this chapter, to release any dog without the consent of the owner, or to release his own or any other dog from the pound or from any place where a dog may be held for observation as set forth in this chapter.
