A. Prohibition: It is unlawful for any person, except for those authorized by the city, to interfere, harass, relocate a trap, release an animal captured in a humane trap, or in any other way attempt to disrupt a trapping program authorized by the city.
B. Class A Violation: A person who violates this section commits a class A violation which shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed the limitations established by Oregon Revised Statutes in existence at the time of the violation. (Ord. 630-10, 1-11-2011)
