5-2-4: LIMITATIONS ON BACKING:
The driver of a vehicle shall not back the same unless such movement can be made with reasonable safety and without interfering with other traffic, and shall in every case yield the right of way to moving traffic and pedestrians. (1962 Code § 9-6-2)
