A. In addition to any other provisions and penalties provided in this title, any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed sixty (60) days or by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or both. B. In addition, bicycles may be impounded for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days. (1962 Code § 9-9-2)
