A. The definitions and enforcement procedures as contained in Oregon Revised Statutes 801, 803, 805, 807, 809, 810, 811, 813, 814, 816 and 818, as now or hereafter constituted, are hereby adopted by the city. (1962 Code § 9-1-1)
B. Violation of provisions contained in said Oregon Revised Statutes 801, 803, 805, 807, 809, 810, 811, 813, 814, 816 and 818, as now or hereafter constituted, shall be an offense against the city. (1962 Code § 9-1-1; amd. 2014 Code)
