4-4-6: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

A. A lender that violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a general penalty. Every day in which the violation is caused or permitted to exist constitutes a separate infraction.

B. Citations for violation of any provision of this chapter may be mailed by first class mail to the lender or lender's registered agent. (Ord. 640-14, 7-8-2014)
