3-4-8: REMOVAL OF STRUCTURES:
Any structures, carts, vending units, tents, tables or other appurtenances used by the permittee may not be located or relocated on the property until commencement of the permit term, and shall be removed from the property promptly upon expiration of the permit term. (Ord. 631-11, 8-9-2011)
