§ 1525.10 FIRE SERVICE FEE APPEALS BOARD.

There is hereby established a Fire Service Appeals Board consisting of three members, one of whom shall be a member of Council appointed by the Mayor, one of whom shall be the Fire Chief, the third shall be a resident of the town appointed by Council. The members’ terms, except for the Fire Chief, shall be for a term of two years. Any vacancy for whatever cause shall be filled as soon as possible, but no longer than 30 days after the vacancy occurs.
