§ 1525.07 ASSESSMENT—RULES AND REGULATIONS GENERALLY.

The Treasurer shall make and promulgate, from time to time, suitable regulations governing the services hereby provided, the making of statement of accounts, the collection thereof, and such other rules and regulations as he or she may deem proper or necessary for the enforcement of this article.
