§ 1521.08 BURNING CONDUCTED BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.

Burning may be conducted by the Nutter Fort Fire Department only if the proper permits are obtained on a state and county level. The Fire Chief may allow burning to be conducted other than during the designated hours if the Fire Department is to conduct and directly supervise the burning.
