§ 1521.05 SAFETY STRIP.

All outdoor burning must have an adequate safety strip not less than ten feet wide from which all inflammable material has been removed. If the burning is to be conducted near any structure, the safe distance is to be determined by the Fire Chief or a person designated by the Fire Chief.
