§ 1309.05 R-3 RESIDENCE DISTRICT.

   (a)   Principal permitted uses.

      (1)   Any use permitted in the R-2 District; and

      (2)   Dwellings, multi-family.

   (b)   Permitted accessory uses. Any use permitted in the R-2 District.

   (c)   Permitted special uses. (See § 1309.09 of this article.)

      (1)   Any use permitted in the R-2 District; and

      (2)   Related residential uses.

   (d)   Lot area, frontage and yard requirements.
