§ 955.07 JURISDICTION OF VIOLATIONS.

As provided in W.Va. Code § 8-21-10, municipal police judges or magistrates of Harrison County shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the Circuit Court of such county. The violation of any rule or regulation shall also constitute a violation of state law as well as a violation of municipal ordinance pursuant to the authority of W.Va. Code § 8-21-10.
