For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY VEHICLES. Vehicles of a fire department or police department, or ambulances.
COUNCIL. The Council of the Town of Nutter Fort.
MAYOR. The Mayor of the Town of Nutter Fort.
PARK. All properties and facilities controlled by or under the jurisdiction of Council, including playgrounds or school facilities being used as part of Council’s recreational program.
PERSON. Individuals, corporations, partnerships and associations.
