§ 505.08 KEEPING FOWL, CERTAIN ANIMALS WITHIN TOWN PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall keep, maintain, raise or otherwise harbor within the town any fowl, including, but not limited to the following types of fowl: chickens; guineas; ducks; geese; turkeys; and pigeons.

(b) No person shall keep, maintain, raise or otherwise harbor within the town the following animals: horses; mules; goats; hogs; rabbits; cattle; and wild animals of any type or nature.
