§ 361.18 BLOCKING ALLEY OR ROADWAY.

A permit must be obtained to partially or completely block an alley or any roadway located in the Town of Nutter Fort. This permit will notify the Fire Chief and the Police Chief so that emergency vehicles, if needed in the area can be rerouted.
