171.06 PROCEDURES FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH MAYOR’S COURT SENTENCE.
   (a)   If any offender fails to appear and does not comply with the sentence originally imposed, the court may issue a supplemental citation, or summons or warrant for the arrest of the offender pursuant to the Criminal Rules. The Clerk of Courts shall issue and sign supplemental citations directing the offender to appear and shall serve them in the same manner as a summons.
   (b)   Whoever violates subsection (a) hereof is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree punishable by a fine of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) and up to 180 days in jail.
