171.05 FORFEITURE OF DRIVER’S LICENSE FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH MAYOR'S/ MAGISTRATE ORDER.

(a) After the license has been forfeited, the Court shall enter the information relative to the forfeiture on a form approved and furnished by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles, and forward the form to the Registrar.

(b) A fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) shall be collected to cover the cost of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles administering a license forfeiture. (Ord. 1-2001. Passed 1-9-01.)
