(a) Effective job descriptions shall be established for all job classifications by December 31, 1982 and after that time shall be made current immediately as job titles change.
(b) All job descriptions shall be prepared by the employee and acknowledged by signature on the job description by the individual employee and department manager.
(c) Any changes to job descriptions shall be made by the department manager and acknowledged as in subsection (b) hereof.
(d) A signed copy of an individual’s job description shall be maintained in the employee’s personnel file.
