Benefits such as but not limited to: vacation, holidays, sick leave, terminal leave, on-duty injury and medical coverage shall be the same as those outlined in the current contract with Local 3278. Those employees who are considered "exempt" under the Fair Labor Standards Act are not entitled to overtime or compensatory time despite provisions outlined in the current contract with Local 3278.
