155.03 MEMBERSHIP.

The Norwood Tree Board shall consist of five members who are citizens and residents of the City and who shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by Council. If approved by Council, one member may be a non-resident if he has expertise in the preservation and care of trees. (Ord. 34-2000. Passed 4-25-00.)
