149.03 DIRECTOR AND EMPLOYEES.

The chief administrative officer of the Department of Parks and Recreation shall have the authority over the employment or removal of employees of the Department and the terms of said employment and may employ a recreation director, lifeguards, play leaders, or other persons as established by Council. The Norwood Department of Parks and Recreation may employ such persons on an interim basis.
