(a) There is hereby established the positions of Firefighter - Fire Prevention Specialist which shall be occupied by firefighters who have successfully completed the requirements to qualify as a certified Fire Safety Inspector and remain qualified as a certified Fire Safety Inspector during their tenure as a Fire Prevention Specialist.
(b) The Clerk of Council shall forward a copy of this section to the Norwood Civil Service Commission to assure full compliance with the Civil Service laws of this City and the State of Ohio. (Ord. 50-1982. Passed 11-9-82.)
