141.01 POLICE REPORTS; FEES.
   (a)    The Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized to adopt and promulgate rules for the furnishing to the public of arrest record information and copies of official police reports. (Ord. 17-1954. Passed 5-11-54.)
   (b)    The fee of two dollars ($2.00) for each name submitted for arrest record information, two dollars ($2.00) for finger printing and four dollars ($4. 00) for each copy made of an official police report shall be charged, except that all branches of the City of Norwood government, Hamilton County Courts, Sheriff and probation officers, representatives of any bona-fide police jurisdiction, United States armed forces, Post Office, courts and civil service, representatives of any news gathering agency, social and charitable agencies closely allied with the public interest, supported by taxes or public donations, individuals seeking to locate missing relatives, and the subject or a relative either by marriage or blood, shall be exempt from such fees.
