135.02 MEMBERS OF BOARDS AND/OR COMMISSIONS COMPENSATION.

(a) Council hereby permits members of any City board and/or commission, other than the Board of Health, to “opt out” of being compensated for his/her services while serving on such board and/or commission.

(b) Those members who opt not to be paid shall be deemed volunteers rather than employees of the City.
