(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.25, the following places are hereby designated the location for the posting of ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports as required by law:

(2) Norwood Community Center 1810 Courtland Street.
(3) Norwood City Health Department 2059 Sherman Avenue.
(4) Norwood City School Administration Building 2132 Williams Avenue.
(5) Norwood Branch of Public Library, 4325 Montgomery Road

(b) Such postings shall be for a period of not less than fifteen days prior to the effective date of the ordinance or resolution.
