Regular and special meetings of Council shall be held in the Council Chamber of Norwood City Hall, 4645 Montgomery Road, Norwood, Ohio or other handicap accessible structure designated by a majority of Council at a regularly scheduled Council meeting. Regular meetings of Council shall be held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. When any such Tuesday is a legal holiday, then the regular meeting shall be on the Wednesday evening following at the same time and place.
