1761.10 REPORTING.

The Health Commissioner shall submit a report to Council on the Tobacco Sales Licensing Program on a quarterly basis. Such reports shall contain information on license applications received, applications denied, licenses issued and renewed, licenses revoked, administrative penalties issued, appeals, and such other information useful to Council in monitoring the effectiveness of the Program.
