Any licensee cited for violating this chapter or Section 537.16 of the Norwood Codified Ordinances, or whose employee has violated this chapter or Section 537.16 of the Norwood Codified Ordinances, will be charged an administrative fine of four hundred dollars ($400.00) for a first violation. A second violation at the same licensed premises within a thirty-six-month period will result in a penalty of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), and the Norwood Health Commissioner shall suspend the licensee's license for a period of not less than thirty and not more than sixty consecutive days. A third violation at the same licensed premises within a thirty-six month period will result in a penalty of one thousand dollars ($1,000), and the Norwood Health Commissioner shall suspend of the licensee's license for a period of not less than thirty consecutive days, and in the exercise of their discretion, the Norwood Health Commissioner may revoke the licensee's license. Upon a fourth violation within a thirty-six month period, the license will be revoked. (Ord. 51-2021. Passed 9-28-21.)
